Joseph joined a home-improvement company developing a solar division and advanced into training and call-center leadership.

REECH began in Los Angeles as a solar lead-generation and call-center consulting company supporting solar contractors.
Installation and service expand
REECH formed its first affiliate-contractor relationship supporting in-home sales, installation, and maintenance.

REECH joined the nationwide Powur platform in 2022 and added coordinated roofing services in 2023.
