These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and electronic communications of Reech Solar Enterprises LLC, operating under the REECH Enterprises brand. Project-specific services are governed by the signed proposal, contract, financing or program documents, warranty documents, and other written terms applicable to that project.
Website information
Website content is provided for general educational and marketing purposes. It is not a binding proposal, construction contract, engineering determination, legal or tax opinion, real-estate appraisal, roof certification, code-compliance certification, financing approval, utility determination, or guarantee of energy production, savings, incentives, property value, or project timing.
Consultations, estimates, and programs
Submitting a request does not create a contractor-client relationship or obligate REECH to perform work. Pricing, discounts, incentives, financing, prepaid energy-service agreements, PPAs, and ownership programs depend on eligibility, location, equipment, utility rules, site conditions, underwriting, provider approval, and final contract terms. “Up to” savings or program reductions are not guaranteed.
Contractor partners and licensing
REECH coordinates a network of contractor partners and specialists. The appropriately licensed and bonded contractor responsible for regulated construction work will be identified in the applicable project documents. Manufacturer certifications, license classifications, bonding, insurance, service area, and availability may vary by contractor and project scope.
Warranties and service plans
Manufacturer warranties are issued and controlled by the applicable manufacturer. Workmanship warranties and RSMP benefits apply only when stated in the signed agreement or active plan terms. Coverage, exclusions, transferability, claim procedures, labor, shipping, roof access, monitoring compatibility, and manufacturer approval vary. Eligible REECH-managed solar removal and reinstallation projects may include a 10-year workmanship and new-penetration warranty when expressly stated in the signed project agreement.
Diagnostics, maintenance, and reports
Remote reviews depend on the records, monitoring, photographs, bills, and information made available. On-site inspections and testing are limited to the agreed scope and conditions accessible at the time of service. Reports and recommendations do not guarantee that every hidden, intermittent, future, roof, electrical, structural, contractual, or code issue will be discovered.
Third-party providers and links
REECH may coordinate or link to manufacturers, utilities, lenders, program providers, monitoring portals, government resources, and other third parties. Their services, websites, decisions, terms, availability, security, and content are controlled by those parties. A reference or link does not make REECH responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions.
Communication consent and SMS terms
The REECH consultation form provides two separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent choices. Informational SMS consent covers appointment confirmations, requested solar, roofing, or service information, project updates, and customer support. Marketing SMS consent separately covers promotional messages, occasional offers, and service promotions. Selecting one checkbox does not select or authorize the other.
For either SMS category, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance. You may also revoke consent through any reasonable method, including contacting info@reechenterprises.com or calling 626-542-5644. After an opt-out request, one confirmation message may be sent where permitted. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Age eligibility
The REECH SMS program is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Carrier liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with site operation, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful information, or copy protected site content for unauthorized commercial use.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, REECH disclaims implied warranties concerning the website itself and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
REECH may update these terms as its website, services, or legal obligations change. California law governs these website terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
